Teaching Practice Week 3 & Week 4
WEEK 3
Day 9 : 27 August 2024 (Sports Day)
On this day the sports meet was conducted by GHSS KULATHUMMAEL @Christian College Kattakada ground. Our honourable MLA IB SATHEESH came for the inauguration of the event and lited the DEEPASHIKA and handed it to the school leader. Various events , such as 100m , 200 m, 400m, 1500m, 3000m race and shortput, javlien throw, discs throw, high jumb , long jumb, rellay was also conducted. We the trainees also got the duties of entering the values and the scores and also issuing the chess numbers. Overall, it's been a great day to see all the students energetic and highly active and cheering up the contestants. As a teacher I am really happy and proud of all the students who got prize and participated in the events.
Day 10 : 29 August 2024
I prepared to teach chapter 4 multiplication identities to 9th standard students. I planned discovery model to explain the concept building on their previous knowledge of identities from class 8 I prepared activity cards to help them understand the concept of diagonal differences in squares. I asked students to Mark squares with four numbers and ask them to find the diagonal differences and allow them to check if it is correct for any set squares. The students were excited and engage responding correctly without hesitation they ask questions and showed interest in the topic I clear doubts and promise to continue the topic in the next class and class for silent and students listen eagerly.
I got duty at the front gate welcoming students and maintaining discipline I got period for class 9 and also got some substitution period to control the class and provide fund mathematics reasoning questions and additionally I had got noon meals beauty and wing duty to maintain discipline behaviour among the students.
Day 11 : 30 August 2024
I prepare to teach chapter 3 polygons to the 8th standard student my focus was on teaching the construction or regular polygons and helping students find each angle of the polygon the students were actively engaged in the learning process and I ensure they understood the concept clearly they were excited and engaged during the activity asking question and showing interest in the topic.
I got the duty at a front gate welcoming students and made in discipline and a got period for class 8 and substitution period to control the class and additional duties of new mails and wing duties help me to understand how to made a discipline and behaviour amang the students.
WEEK 4
Day 12 : 02 September 2024
I prepare to the chapter for multiplication identities to 9th standard students focusing on finding the product of two differences and give the activities and present explain the formula to find the product of two differences.
Also got a period to teach the chapter 3 polygons in standard 8 appropriate more question to make familiar as more about the regular polygon.
In class 9 students were excited and engaged responding correctly and asking question.
In class 8 students activity participated and their accelerator learn from the presentation they also ask for more questions on finding the angles
I got duty at the front gate and substitution duties for maintaining the discipline among the students and bring proper behaviour among the students.

Day 13 : 03 September 2024
Today the first term examination begin for the student and the night traders to their exams in the afternoon and I help question papers according to the number of students in each or after the exam I assisted in organising answer sheets by roll number this experience taught me available lessons about pre examination duty and arrangements coordination and unity among the teachers I gained insight into conducting examination and appreciated that teamwork and organisation required to ensure a smooth process.
Day 14 : 04 September 2024
On this day it was the second day of the first term examination. I was assigned to room number 7 where I supervised 20 students comprising both 10th and 9th graders . I gave them clear instruction on how to tie the papers and resequ questions numbers to ensure is more exam process after the exam I help arrange answer sheet by roll number which taught me the importance or attention to detail. This experience also highlighted the value of coordination and unity among teachers as we work together seemlessly to conduct the examination.
Day 15 : 5 September 2024
Today was the day of the first term examination Room Number 4 they afternoon session where I supervis 20 run from 6 and 7th standard my duties included arranging question papers providing instruction on time papers and reseking question numbers and helping arrange and search it by roll number at the exam the experience taught me about pre and pose examination duty arrangements and importance of coordination and unity among teachers I gained valuable inside into conducting examination including attention to detail and effective communication. I appreciate the opportunity to learn from experienced teachers.
Day 16 : 6 September 2024
Today was the four day of the first term examination I was assign to room number 9 for the afternoon session where I supervised 20 student from 9th standard a b and b division my duties included arranging question papers according to the number of students and providing instruction on tying papers and rechecking question number after the exam I help to arise the answer sheet by roll number this experience taught me about tree and first examination duty arrangements and the importance of coordination and unity among teachers again valuable information in conducting the examination.
