Teaching Practice Week 7 & Week 8
Week 7 :
Day 26 : 30 September 2024
Today I prepared to teach chapter 4 multiplication ID please for 9th standard students I prepared activities to familiarise about a product of some and differents of numbers. I thought them the questions related to finding the product of some and differences and gave class assignment so that the students dive more deeply into the topic.
Also I prepared to teach chapter 4 identities for 8th standard students for the my prepaid charge activity cards and makes student understand the topic of finding the difference of diagonal. I taught them about difference of diagonal product through calendar activity and gave them activity cards and ask them to find the algebraic expression.
The students are actively engaged throughout the class and responded positively.
Day 27 : 1 October 2024
I prepare to teach chapter for multiplication identities by giving some activities to familiarise about the product as some and different through word problems in class 9. I taught them about finding the product of some from a word problems by creating the formulas and provided activities.
I also got period to teach class 8 chapter identities I prepared activities to make the understand about writing the algebraic expression. I taught them to construct algebraic expression of difference of diagonalism by using a rectangular box a multiplication table upto 10.
Students really interested in doing the mathematics calculation and they actively participated throughout the class.
Day 28 : 3 October 2024
I prepared to teach class 4 identities to make them femineries more question related to calendar maths and created charts activities and class assignment and I taught them about creation of algebraic expression and gave them class assignment and home assignment.
In class 9, I taught the new chapter by introducing about the rational and irrational numbers by using activity cards and ask the students to identify the rational and irrational numbers among them.
Students were active listeners. They responded and co-operate through out the class.
Day 29 : 4 October 2024
In class 8 at prepared to taught the concept of square of some and prepaid activities and models. I start teaching the about the square of a sum by narrating a story and give the activity card for solving the equations of (x+y)^2 formula.
In class 9 I prepare to teach them about the multiplication of irrational number by preparing activity cards and after recalling about the rational numbers I gave them the activity cards and present at chart that make the understand that the product of the square roots is the square root of the product.
The students did their class work efficiently.
Week 8
Day 30 : 7 October 2024
I prepared to teach chapter for identities and prepared activity cards to familiarise about the situation and concept related to square of sum and help them to solve the problems using the formula (x+y)^2.
In class 9 I thought them about the division of two rational numbers the general concept for any X and y which are rational numbers or fraction x *y = zand a similarly for any positive rational number X and y the product will be square root of X multiply square root of y is equal to square root of z.
In both classes Students reacted positively.
Day 31 : 8 October 2024
I prepared class 9 chapter 5 rational multiplication and planned to give them chart activity card and class assignment to familiarize about the multiplication of irrational numbers. I prepare the diagrammatic activities to understand more D for about the topic of multiplication of irrational number and its application.
Day 32 : 9 October 2024
In class 8 I thought them about product of differences for all positive numbers x, y u, v with x greater y , u greater than v. I use inquiry training model and gave chances to the student to come to the point or the concept as their own.
In class 9, I taught them about familiarise more word problems related to the irrational multiplication. I taught them to find out the area of the square and finding the side if the area is given.
Day 33: 10 October 2024
In class 8, I explain them about finding the square of differences of two positive numbers I explain them (x-y)^2, for all positive numbers. I showed them flash card and they done their activities and class assignment.
In class 9, I explained them about the division of the irrational numbers and recall the concept for any positive number x.
Both classes students are really cooperative and responded positively.
